Our culture is focused on employee success, so we foster an entrepreneurial environment that encourages everyone to thrive.Intern - Quality AssurancePosition Summary:Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager this position will assist the EPOX Quality team in investigating process and product failures as to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.Primary/Essential Responsibilities:Support implementation of process improvements, work instructions, MES, or related to ensure consistent, repeatable, high-quality execution.Contribute ideas and innovative thinking to support continuous improvement.Collaborate with the team in collecting, recording, and analyzing data to drive data-driven decision-making.Maintain strict adherence to safety and quality rules in line with G&W policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Required Qualifications:Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering MajorStrong interest in quality assurance, problem-solving, and process improvement.

Compensation and BenefitsInterns are well compensated with a competitive salary.
