A law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions, joint ventures, and debt and equity finance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on varying-sized deal teams and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
