As a growing private community on the Kona Coast, we are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who has strong ties to West Hawaii with extensive experience in luxury realty.

Candidate must possess and maintain a valid and active Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson's License in good standing and comply with all Hawaii real estate licensee rules, regulations, and codes of conduct and ethics.

Functions of the role:

Serve as part of the Realty's Sales Executive team; Report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
  • Prepare and/or review necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.) to complete sales using Realty's approved templates.
  • Provide input to Realty and Developer, when requested, regarding pricing, incentives, marketing and sales programs.
  • Provide input to Developer, when requested, for the land plan at Kohanaiki, specific to density, product offerings and amenities.
  • Work closely with the Vice President Sales and Marketing to identify and implement productivity, real estate tours and operational improvements and efficiencies within the real estate sales team.
  • Work with the Vice President Sales and Marketing in developing and implementing long-range (strategic) and annual (business) plans and operational reports.
  • Utilize Developers CRM, BrightDoor to collect useful information on Members, Guests and Prospects which can be utilized within our real estate sales process.
  • Ensure that all legal requirements are consistently followed throughout the sales process.
  • Work exclusively on Realty and Developers business.
  • Will honor, undertake, and complete other appropriate assignments and additional duties as delegated by Chief Executive Officer and Vice President Sales and Marketing.
  • At all times, represent the best interests of Kohanaiki in a professional manner.
  • Be available for all sales related meetings as defined by Vice President Sales and Marketing.
