About the City
LaFollette - less than 45-minutes from Knoxville - is a thriving community that combines growth and modern conveniences with historic, small town charm. Take in the scenery of the beautiful Cumberland Mountains, hike the Cumberland Trail, or enjoy 667 rolling acres of nearby Cove Lake State Park. It’s the kind of place where first responders are thanked with a cookout and cornhole on a warm summer day, the Big Creek Fall ATV Festival brings in food, arts and crafts vendors, and the community gathers to witness the lighting of the town center Christmas tree each year.
With a low cost of living, picturesque views and a local community feel, LaFollette is perfect for you.
At Tennova Healthcare, we strive to be simply the best. The best for our community, for our providers and for our employees.
We are purposeful in our commitment to hire the right person for the right job. You can expect an environment where our culture is dedicated to the safety and well-being of our employees and will work to support you with a team that will become your family. We are looking for qualified, compassionate individuals with integrity, empathy, a positive attitude, are service driven and will focus on excellence.
By joining our team, you can expect to become part of a team that strives to be the best and driven to be the community’s healthcare provider of choice.
