About the job

The ideal candidate for this position has experience in inside sales team management, ideally in a startup environment. You will be the first inside sales manager on the team and will be responsible for managing the inside sales team to achieve sales targets, drive growth, and deliver excellent customer service. In this role, you will analyze sales data to identify trends and areas of opportunity, communicate with leadership about performance and metrics, set the vision, tone, and goals for the sales team, and collaborate to align incentives across the inside sales, marketing, and engineering organizations. This is an on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA.

Responsibilities
    • Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing)
    • Develop and implement sales strategy and processes
    • Analyze sales data and report sales metrics to leadership
    • Collaborate across engineering, operations, and marketing teams to align efforts
    • Provide support, mentorship, and guidance to junior sales members
    • 1 on 1 management


Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of relevant management experience
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Team player and self-starter
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and startup experience


$80,000 - $120,000 a year
