Recruit physicians and other healthcare providers (such as APP's, LCPC's) Research, create, and implement robust search strategies that will attract a diverse talent pool to NS-EEH Work closely and collaboratively with physician and administrative leaders to build and cultivate relationships that result in in recruiting engaged providers who are committed to our mission and vision What you will need
:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with physicians and business partners at all levels of the organization. Ability to function independently (minimal direct supervision) yet also work effectively on a team. Ability to multi-task, manage competing priorities and a diverse workload, while achieving results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to problem-solve and generate creative solutions to recruitment challenges, while working effectively with physicians, administrative staff and business partners. Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills. Exemplary writing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.); internet research; data base functionality. Strong customer-service focus; ability to effectively influence internal and external customers.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 3 years of previous full-cycle recruitment experience. Previous physician/provider recruitment experience required. Previous experience working in a healthcare system strongly preferred.
