AlliedTravelCareers is working with AMN Healthcare Allied to find a qualified RRT in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina, 28203 Pay Information $1,407 to $1,622 per week About The Position Job Description & Requirements Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric - (RRT - Peds - Pedi) StartDate: 9/30/2024 Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1407.36 - $1621.52 RRT needed asap Performs all aspects of direct respiratory care according to physician’s orders and/or approved protocols. Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy and makes appropriate recommendations. Provides appropriate ventilator support and maintains and monitors other cardiopulmonary life support equipment. Maintains and properly utilizes respiratory care equipment. Physical Requirements: Requires repetitive physical activity. Able to walk and stand to perform duties. Ability to lift materials 20-50 pounds. Ability to move patients of all age groups. Adequate hearing and eyesight is necessary. Exposures to working environment that may include odors, low lighting, and crowded working conditions. Education: Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Respiratory Care or Associates Degree in Health Science required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. RRT (NBRC) required. State License as Respiratory Care Practitioner required (must be licensed in state of practice). BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or ARC) required.
