Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Director over Community Relations and Development.

Through leadership, the Community Development department will unite community resources with those of CMH to meet the changing needs of the communities we serve.

A typical day will include:

Ensuring that donors experience high-quality interactions that foster long-term engagement and investment. The Director role is to create consistent, appropriate and meaningful cultivation and stewardship strategies aimed at delivering joy to donors and increasing philanthropic support for the hospital and foundation.

The Community Relations and Development Director will be responsible for promoting a culture of gratitude and quality customer service. As we move forward with aggressive fundraising to support the strategic plan, this position will create and implement strategies that properly recognize and steward transformational philanthropy.

Position also maintains community relationships. Responsible for coordinating fundraising events throughout the year. Must have own transportation and be willing to travel and work routinely throughout the service area, including evenings and weekends.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar.Experience: 5 years of non-profit management, development, event planning, fundraising or strategic planningLicensure/Certification: N/ABenefits:
