Vimeo is looking to bring on an experienced Temporary Sales Recruiter to join our recruiting team. We’re seeking someone who loves the hunt, knows how to strategically find the best and brightest B2B SaaS Sales talent and has the skills to build long-lasting relationships both internally and externally. This role will support several teams across Vimeo, primarily focused on Revenue (Sales, Account Management, Client Success, Sales Operations, etc.) with the ability to support all non-technical hiring as needed.

*Please note, This is a short-term project intended for a temporary assignment*

What you'll do:

  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting for Vimeo, focused on B2B SaaS hiring across various Go-To-Market departments and levels
  • Develop sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to attract top-tier talent; interview and identify qualified candidates; build and manage a robust pipeline of talent
  • Partner with Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders to effectively deliver results: use a data-driven approach to advise on hiring matters and align expectations; lead kick-off /  post-interview debrief meetings; communicate updates on active searches regularly
  • Work with team to creatively shape and implement diversity recruitment strategies in a hyper growth environment
  • Build competency-based interview plans for a variety of roles with a focus on removing bias from the process
  • Manage job postings on internal and external sites
  • Maintain ATS data integrity
  • Managing job offers including negotiation and administration

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

  • Full cycle GTM recruiting experience
  • Proven success engaging both active and passive candidates
  • Knowledge of the Enterprise B2B SaaS market
  • Experience building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels and delivering consistent results; an active and up-to-date network
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate with a bias for action
  • Experience creating, delivering, negotiating offers and closing candidates effectively
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, be a strategic thinker and a self-starter

Bonus points:

  • Ideally, some prior experience in global recruitment (or an eagerness to build networks in new regions).
  • Familiarity with some of our existing systems and tools such as Greenhouse ATS, Linkedin Recruiter, Lattice, UKG, Slack, G-suite. 

Hourly Rate-  $43.75- $54.80

This role is eligible for paid time off as well as paid sick leave.  Temporary employees will have access to healthcare benefits in accordance with Vimeo’s benefit plan and will be eligible to contribute to a 401K.
