School Bus DriverCompensation: Pays up to $25 per hour
Job Purpose:
Provide safe and efficient transportation so that students may enjoy the fullest possible advantage from the district's curriculum and extracurricular program.
Qualifications-Required:
High School DiplomaValid NJ driver's license, for at least three (3) yearsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to follow directions and adhere to rules and regulationsAbility to relate to school age children from PreK-12Ability to learn bus routes and be on timeAbility to successful acquire a CDL license (District will train applicants to become bus drivers)Ability to control a school bus in emergency situationsAbility to work a flexible work day in morning and afternoonAbility to pass the requirement physical examination to obtain CDL licenseAbility to pass the required Criminal History ReviewAbility to pass the Sexual Misconduct Child Abuse DisclosureQualifications-Desired:
Current CDL license2-3 years driving a school busWorking Conditions:
