Total Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Bilingual Office Clerk in Romeoville, Illinois.

This is a first shift opportunity. The hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience.

The Bilingual Office Clerk will support the front office department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:Make calls to clients and follow up outstanding items.Take incoming calls and provide the best customer service to ensure client satisfaction.Handle department audits, make revisions and follow up accordingly to meet company deadlines.Perform data entry tasks, accurately client information into our systems.Provide general administrative support to office personnel, including assisting with various administrative tasks as needed.
