As an

Account Manager

for the Onboarding Team, you must possess superior communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of Agency-Client relationships and Customer Onboarding processes. You will work closely with the Director of Onboarding to ensure flawless execution and timely deliverables. You have a solid understanding of the automotive industry and digital advertising. You are highly organized, task and detail-oriented, motivated, articulate, flexible, and capable of working under pressure. You will support and respond to any alerts or red flags to control a fire when it is small and manageable. The customer will always feel as though you are there to help them.

This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Employee must be located within the Continental U.S.,

EATSERN or CENTRAL TIME ZONE preferred , but all are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Support the Director of Operations with the execution of Customer Onboarding processesSupport your Onboarding counterparts in preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectivesPrepare audits by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing dataParticipate in client calls and actively compile data needed to set up all contract deliverablesManage and order various marketing components using company proprietary applicationsTrack client deliverables across multiple mediums of marketing to ensure timely deliveryCreate and setup backend componentsObtain and maintain knowledge of brand guidelinesRequirements:

Bachelor's degree required2-4 years' relatable professional work experience in client/customer account servicesProficiency in Microsoft Office, a must!Highly organized and detailed orientedPassion for analytical thinkingDemonstrated ability to write, listen, and articulate in a clear and concise mannerEagerness to take ownership of projectsAbility to establish priorities and objectivesAbility to be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
