We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with a focus on email marketing, SEO, and digital advertising to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience using HubSpot or Mailchimp and possess a strong understanding of SEO and digital advertising strategies. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or Mailchimp.

Create compelling email content and design templates that engage our audience.

Segment email lists based on user behaviors and preferences to enhance targeting.

Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

SEO:

Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization.

Optimize website content, including blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions, to improve search engine rankings.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

Track and report on SEO performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance our online presence.

Digital Advertising:

Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Create and optimize ad copy and creatives to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing using HubSpot or Mailchimp.

Proven experience with SEO and digital advertising.

Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Skills:

Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and metrics.

Solid knowledge of SEO principles and tools.

Proficient in creating and managing digital ad campaigns.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Creative thinker with strong copywriting skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms.

Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
