Along with bringing in new prospects/members, the Sales Associate also focuses on retaining current members by providing

stellar

customer service.

A fitness background is preferred; candidates with a strong sales background are ideal, as are multi-lingual candidates. Additionally, we are looking for Openers and Closers.REQUIREMENTS:Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills requiredGoal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher trainingAbility to learn and use the Club Ready software systemAbility to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workdayHearing sufficient to understand conversations, both in-person and on the telephoneMust be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesMust communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleaguesMust have excellent public speaking skillsMust have proficient computer skillsValid drivers’ license, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportationRESPONSIBILITIES:Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closeAttend Weekly Sales Sync Calls with GM and other sales associatesMaintain an acceptable level of personal sales production; keep Shift Reports active and accurateEmphasize and enforce the objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness providerPresent available services to current or prospective membersBook quality appointments to achieve

daily and monthly

sales quotaParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the clubAssumes responsibility for developing selling skillsMaintain cleanliness of the entire studio including equipmentOther duties as assignedCOMPENSATION & PERKS:This position is an hourly positionCommission paid on sales ( membership, retail, private training, and Teacher Training )Opportunity for bonus based on performanceOpportunities for growth within the studio including additional sales and management positions at our studio as well as other sister studios in the region (Bellevue, South Lake Union)
