You’ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:
Track record of building & developing relationships with investors, founders and other key stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem.
Commercial banking, investing and/or technology/life sciences sector experience
A deep understanding of the innovation economy and the needs of venture capital, technology and life sciences companies
Excellent knowledge of banking and financial products.
Proven record of proactively originating and executing on new business initiatives.
Enhancing and contributing to our business and operational plans for this segment.The ability to tell a compelling story, with data to back it up, will be essential.
Building effective internal networks within the HSBC Innovation Banking platform to enable full success in the role
