Responsibilities: Development and oversight of a new Child Abuse Pediatrics program, including inpatient consultations and outpatient clinic 50% protected time for teaching, research, quality improvement, advocacy and other scholarly pursuits Serve on the NYC Health + Hospitals system-wide Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Council to develop initiatives, policies and education on child abuse across the 11-hospital system Provide education and training to medical students, residents, hospital staff and community partners Academic appointment at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University available commensurate with experience Report directly to the Chair of Pediatrics with mentorship and growth opportunities Qualifications:
