, New York .Details:Provide leadership for the hospitals 16-bed adult inpatient unit and consultation-liaison program.Approximately 75% clinical and 25% administrative
The clinical portion will be split between consultation liaison service and providing support for our full-time inpatient Psychiatrist with an APP.
Our Consultation Liaison Coordinator, an LCSW, sees patients on service with physician input and consultations as needed.Participation in a reasonable inpatient psychiatry call schedule is expected.Exceptional opportunity for a physician to work in our established community psychiatry programContinue to grow the current behavioral health service line in support of primary care physicians and expand the collaborative care modelOur growing medical staff is known for collegial relationships, including those with the hospital-employed psychiatrists at Saratoga Hospitals Community Health Center and Saratoga County Mental Health Center.An exceptionally dedicated multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals provides care on the inpatient mental health unit, including one full time psychiatrist, per diem psychiatrists, registered nurses, social workers, therapy assistants, and clinical director and Executive Director of Behavioral Health, who has been more recently focused on expanding our outpatient programs.Compensation and benefits:Base salary starts at $330 - $350k, commensurate with experienceWe offer a loan forgiveness packageS ign-on bonus and moving expensesHealth and Prescription PlanDental and Vision Insurances403(b) Retirement Plan with employer contributions and 457(b) Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plan(For full time: Employer-Paid Life Insurance & Accidental Death and Dismemberment; LTD)Flexible Spending Account(s) including Medical Reimbursement and Dependent Care AccountPaid Time Off,
