Electrical Estimators.CAN BE LOCAL OR WILLING TO LOCATEThe successful candidate will have experience in electrical construction and experience as an
Electrical Estimator.The position requires strong computer and leadership skills. Organizational skills along with good written and verbal skills are essential.
The Senior Estimator accurately estimates the cost, time, materials, labor, and equipment required for a construction project.
They perform cost analyses, determine the duration of a project, procure vendors and subcontractors, and ensure that resources are managed, and deadlines are met for electrical projects.

Essential Skills :Assigns responsibilities for estimating team on each projectCalculate the cost of electrical constructions based on reviewing and evaluating available documentsAnalyze project for value engineering options while considering specific job conditions that may affect labor and material to be purchased and installedReviews and evaluate project plans and specifications, bid documents, and other relevant project documents to identify what is needed for a project and to create a bid proposalIdentify any inconsistent issues, conflicts, and other problems in the bid documentsSolicit subcontractor and/or supplier information and pricingPrepares instructions to bidders, bid form, and other bid solicitation information as requiredElectrical Estimator
Requirements:7 years of electrical estimating experienceAdvanced skills in MS OfficeExperience with Industry Estimating software, Accubid, McCormack, ConEst and other similar software.Must be accurate, possess attention to detail and be proactive in pointing out potential issuesExcellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skillsProblem solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and manage time for yourself and othersLeading and developing your teamElectrical Estimator
