Responsible for managing the lifecycle of FTN’s digital product portfolio and driving increased revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

Product manager and champion for FTN’s suite of digital products, including owned and operated FAST channels and platforms.

Identify product features and enhancements and manage their entire lifecycle from idea conception to post-launch monitoring and improvements.

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define detailed product requirements.

Define, prioritize and develop project plans and lead project management for all FTN digital products and platforms, while ensuring all project/department milestones and goals are met.

Manage day-to-day relationships with major vendors (e.g. Wurl, Amagi, Xumo) and platforms (e.g. Roku, Pluto, Vizio) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FTN’s portfolio of FAST channels.

Define and write product requirement documents based on the relative strategic importance of key features.

Ensure product definition and product lifecycle roadmap support the business drivers (i.e., revenue, audience, cost savings, strategic value).

Monitor and analyze how well the product is performing including product profitability, actual to planned revenue, customer satisfaction and market share.

Partner closely with sales, marketing, and programming to evolve the digital product portfolio.

Help drive FTN’s digital channel strategy that balances demand generation and engagement objectives with relevant, thoughtful end-to-end customer experiences to maximize return on investment.

Identify competitive offerings in the market and assess their strengths and weaknesses, while contributing new ideas and strategies to improve the positioning of FTN’s digital product portfolio.

Perform other duties as needed and as directed by Management.

Requirements

Education & Experience

College degree or equivalent experience. Product management certification preferred.

3-5 years of experience in digital product management and/or product development. Media industry experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities

Exceptional analytical, planning and project management skills – strong spreadsheet, word processing and database skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.

Comprehensive understanding of OTT/CTV product and consumer life cycles.

Knowledge of FAST/CTV analytics and ability to synthesize and utilize data to inform business decisions and product strategy.

Outstanding verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to express and evaluate ideas with quantitative and qualitative data.

Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.

This position is based in Atlanta and will report to the Senior Vice President – Digital, Distribution and Partnerships and work closely with all other FTN teams.
