This part-time medical director role will include patient care rounding and medical director duties in a skilled nursing facility in the Vancouver, Washington, area. You will round 1-day a week with the flexibility to choose your preferred rounding schedule.

Responsibilities:Primary care rounding in skilled nursing facilityManage chronic disease, diagnose illnesses and medical conditions, and implement plan of careCollaborate with clinicians, facility leaders and others regarding care and servicesBuild relationships with your patients, patients' family members, and facility staff to facilitate effective treatment deliveryMedical director duties for assigned facilityProvide oversight, guidance, and mentorship to our cliniciansConduct clinical case reviews, as needed and share tools, information, and guidelines as they relate to quality of careQualifications:A minimum of six months of primary care experiencePost-acute care experience a plus, but not requiredLeadership background a plus but not required; training will be providedActive and unrestricted Washington license or application in processActive and unrestricted DEA or application in processCompensation is Fee For Service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $60,000 to $72,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential. This part-time role is not benefit eligible.
