Job Description

The Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, one of the country’s largest privately held financial institutions that sits at the intersection of finance, economic development, and affordable housing is seeking an experienced senior marketer to lead Member Business Marketing and Enterprise Advertising. Based in the heart of San Francisco’s Financial District, FHLBank San Francisco is a lender to local lenders – and we’re also one of the largest contributors to affordable housing in the nation.

Overview

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will partner closely with Sales, Product Solutions, Capital Markets, Community Investment, and others to drive growth in the Bank’s products and services and increase the overall awareness of our Bank with our key audiences. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in B2B marketing and know a few things about developing, managing, and executing enterprise brand and advertising programs.

Responsibilities

Establish, lead, and oversee B2B marketing, content, and campaign strategies that increase engagement with our members to grow product utilization.Develop compelling B2B content strategies across traditional and digital channels to reach our members.Collaborate with Sales, Product Solutions, Capital Markets, and others to align marketing support with Bank strategy and revenue growth goals.Develop and manage enterprise advertising campaigns to grow our Bank’s awareness with our key audiences.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.Partner with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing programs.Partner closely with Internal Communications to internally promote marketing programs and campaigns.Use research and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Produce and manage experience marketing by producing events, webinars, etc.Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, 3 years in advertising. B2B financial services experience is a big plus.Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns with measured outcomes of success.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

SALARY RANGE:

$180K - $195K
