North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the underserved population throughout northern Arizona. We believe in practicing integrative care in an inclusive culture. We treat some of the most vulnerable rural populations in the United States while supporting North Country's mission. We are proud of our Family Medicine Physician Residency, our medical education programs, and our passionate team.
Show Low, Arizona is a community of about 10,000 people and sits at an elevation of 6,300 feet. Residents enjoy a true four-season climate with snow skiing in the winters, fishing at numerous mountain lakes in the summers, and plenty of hiking and outdoor activities all year long.

Attractive total compensation package ranging from $205,000-225,000 dependent on program incentives during the first year of practice.
Work-life balance through flexible and alternative work schedules with a generous paid time off package and minimal weekend and holiday requirements.

Community health center benefits:
With a HPSA score of 19, you may qualify for three loan repayment programs.
Federal Tort and Tail End Coverage.

To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine.
Hold or be eligible to obtain an Arizona license.
Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility.
