Key Responsibilities:

Visionary Leadership:

Lead and manage technical operations within ATSC, inspiring a culture of innovation and excellence.

Strategic Oversight:

Oversee research and development, technology strategy, and technical innovation to drive the company’s technological edge.

Technical Expertise:

Serve as a technical advisor to senior executives, providing insights on technological trends and advancements that will shape the future of defense technologies.

Collaboration with Government:

Work closely with government agencies to develop and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions for defense and national security purposes.

Innovation in Action:

Develop and implement strategies to maximize technology use, improving productivity and output, and driving ATSC’s mission forward.

Efficiency and Profitability:

Ensure efficient and profitable use of technology by employees through effective management and strategic oversight.

Data Protection & Quality Assurance:

Develop and implement robust data protection and quality assurance processes to safeguard critical information.

Budget Management:

Monitor and assess IT budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency.

Staying Ahead:

Stay informed on emerging and declining technology trends, incorporating this knowledge into the organization’s technological approach to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of relevant IT professional experience in a government contracting (govcon) environment.

Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a security clearance.

Previous experience managing a technology-related company.

Ability to balance short-term tactical decisions with long-term strategic thinking.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse array of stakeholders.
