Levi’s is looking for a Senior Design Collaborations Manager. You will oversee Partnerships and Special Projects and will be responsible for strategic growth of the business. You will report into the Senior Director of Collaborations.

About the Job

Create product solutions for multiple categories and all genders to win in the marketplace.

Partner with design leads to guide direction and partner development across select collaborations.

Identify culturally relevant and brand defining opportunities.

Manage the product creation process, as well as, create and influence successful product assortments for multiple categories leading with design.

Lead internal operations processes to build go-to-market.

Partner with Senior Director to build short-term and long-term collaboration product strategies.

Manage internal relationships, promoting product POV and vision, managing expectations of collaborations pipeline, and ensuring understanding of goals of each collaboration and customization work streams.

Use data to make product decisions and to build product & partner strategies for the future.

Work with Design Customization team to lead local and fast turn projects.

Drive negotiations and conversations with leadership.

Expert in the industry. Understand regional market share and how to increase growth.

About You

You are an expert in cross-category design and product with global experience, a team player, and has experience with the apparel industry and collaboration landscape.

Bachelor's degree in related discipline (8+ years combined college education and work experience may be substituted for a degree).

Minimum 5 years global product collaboration experience.

Experience managing brand perception with external partners.

Experience with product – knowledge of apparel with an eye for good design.

In-depth knowledge of design and merchandising trends in the global marketplace.

Knowledge of garment design, construction, and use of Illustrator/photoshop.

Compensation and BenefitsThe expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300 - $175,900. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
