with us.Job Summary:Key Responsibilities and QualificationsData entry of shipment processes in multiple ERP systems (JDE,SAP)Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends and provide recommendations.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Responsible for following Good Documentation Practices (GDP) as outlined in SOP.Must adhere to all established policies, work instructions, and SOPs.Regular and reliable attendance at workEducational Qualifications (exposure to high growth markets, managed a large team, etc.)High school diploma or GED2-3 years of clerical experience
Professional Skills & Key Competencies (data analysis and competencies e.g. ability to manage uncertainty).
Must have basic PC experience with good data entry skillsMust be familiar with basic MS Office:
Excel, Word, OutlookMust be detail-orientedMust have good ten key skillsMust have excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenMust have good organizational skillsMust have good analytical skills.Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment
Skills & Knowledge:Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions in Basic English.Must be able to perform basic mathematical computations and apply to various operational tasks.Position requires good logic and reasoning ability.
Ability to define problems and find logical solutions.
Must evaluate and resolve daily issues by exercising sound judgement.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
