Bixal seeks a Knowledge Management and Organizational Development Director to lead a diverse portfolio of KM and OL projects. In this role, you will inspire and mentor teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs and fostering collaboration across projects. You will be instrumental in shaping Bixal’s KM and OL strategy, driving innovation, and adapting to market dynamics. You will represent Bixal at industry events, support business growth, and lead proposal development.This position requires current eligibility to work in the United States for any employer. Bixal will not sponsor work visas for this role.Tasks and Responsibilities

Provides expertise, input and guidance to a portfolio of large and small KM and OL focused projects.Motivates and mentors team members to bring their best to their work.Ensures high-quality outputs, deliverables, and overall implementation.Fosters collaboration and adaptive management across projects and practices to ensure impactful implementation.Serves as a thought leader and representative for Bixal in the wider development community.Supports the development of Bixal’s KM and OL strategy and vision.Encourages and supports internal and external learning initiatives to improve impact across the organization and the industry.Drives organizational growth and competitive advantage through continuous innovation and adaptation to changing market dynamics.Participates in client events and forums to positively represent the organization and develop and maintain relationships with the industry.Supports the capture and development of new business opportunities to expand Bixal’s presence.Leads proposal solutioning, technical writing, and content creation.Further defines technical objectives by roles and responsibilities to inform staffing structures and level of effort for proposals.Other responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications
