Senior Director of Global Partnerships
(MassChallenge, Inc., Boston, MA)The Senior Director of Global Partnerships oversees MassChallenge's global program delivery through innovation ecosystem building programs via strategic partnerships with governments, corporations, and universities. The programs involve regional and global startup curation, innovation community building, content curation, selection, and logistics for assigned programs in Boston and globally, and managing the end-to-end marketing efforts.Duties include:Reporting to the Head of Next Practice, lead MassChallenge's global partnerships, sourcing, designing, and executing international partnerships while promoting MassChallenge within innovation ecosystems.Contribute to thought leadership, program design, and consulting, utilizing analytical market research to identify and cultivate relationships in new ecosystems for expansion beyond existing regions.Devise integrated marketing strategies, execute campaigns for startup sourcing and brand awareness globally.Revenue generation through strategic partnership development.Minimum Requirements:Master's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or closely related field of study and two years of demonstrated experience in any related positions developing marketing strategies, executing inbound marketing campaigns, and closing international partnerships including: creating sales enablement materials, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and fostering business opportunities to generate revenue through strategic partnerships.
