The Managing Partner will oversee daily operations, lead business development initiatives, manage client relationships, and drive growth strategies for the brokerage.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:

Oversee and optimize daily operations, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency.Business Development:

Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and revenue streams. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.Client Relationship Management:

Manage high-value client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.Growth Strategy:

Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business growth. Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.Team Leadership:

Hire, train, and manage a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture.Financial Oversight:

Handle budgeting, financial planning, and performance analysis.Compensation and Benefits:Revenue Share:
