Our Team’s vision is to be a benchmark global IAM program that enables the future of digital commerce. The mission is to provide secure, simple identity and access management services that protect and enable Worldpay assets and services while fueling innovation and new capabilities to market.What You’ll OwnLead and grow team of Product Owners and Scrum Masters, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture focused on achieving measurable results and business outcomes.Rapidly develop and execute the global IAM strategy and capabilities roadmap. Be able to articulate the strategy and roadmap at an executive and detailed level with confidence.Develop and implement dashboards, metrics, and other mechanisms to track measurable progress associated with the IAM strategy and roadmap.Establish and lead IAM Advisory Board of IT and business stakeholders to evangelize the importance of effective IAM and the benefits to the business.Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IAM processes and technologies.Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback.Provide thought leadership and stay current with industry trends and leading practices in IAM.Where you’ll own itYou’ll own it in our thriving Cincinnati, OH hub or remotely in the US. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent years of experience; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of experience in product management for IAM technologies with experience in financial services or similarly complex industries.10+ years of proven thought leadership and industry expertise developing and executing strategic Identity roadmaps.Experience leading IAM efforts through mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.Experience with the lifecycle of an IAM technology evaluation and purchase through objective selection criteria.Strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and leading practices.Experience developing strategies to integrate IAM solutions with other cyber security domains and capabilities.Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.Certifications for Identity Management such as: CISSP, CISM, IAM, CISPP preferred.Worldpay Perks – What We’ll Bring For YouWe know it’s bigger than just your career.
