You will be in charge of:Managing the crews and sub-contractors.Mentoring and advising the sales and estimating teams.Hiring and firing.Managing the branch finances.Overseeing jobs and managing customer relationships.You will receive support and advice from the company, as well as having a stellar reputation in the local area and financial backing from the company.
