Product Management Lead, Responsible AI

Responsibilities:Work as the leader who makes sure AI products/systems are trustworthy, safe and compliant.Work closely with global cross-functional teams (Legal, Tns, integrity etc.), to deliver reliable and responsible AI systems.Drive responsible AI strategy development with teams of world-class engineers and product managers worldwide.Drive transparency communication with xFn teams to help our users/customers understand the AI system.Responsible AI across 3 layers:

model, Infra/platform, application layer.Ability to talk about safety policies, regulations, legal.Minimum Requirements:Several years program management in AI projects (NLP, computer vision or speech).Extraordinary passion for Generative AI, excellent at prompt engineering.Experience articulating complex technical concepts to all stakeholders and delivering technical presentations.Proven excellent communication skills and experience working with international xFn teams (sales, gtm, designers, and development).B.S. degree and above in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Responsible AI, AI safety.Experience recruiting and leading a cross-functional team of world-class individuals.
