Job Overview

The VP of Operations for our Marketing Agency will lead the operational functions, optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing projects. This role demands a strategic leader with extensive experience in digital media, B2B lead generation, and operational management. The ideal candidate will excel in creating a positive team culture, building client relationships, and handling high-pressure situations with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:Lead and manage the Operations team, fostering a positive culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and operational excellence.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability.

Process Optimization:Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures to support marketing service delivery.Standardize project management practices to ensure consistency and performance across teams.Identify inefficiencies and risks within operational processes and design proactive solutions.

Project Management & Execution:Oversee project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and adherence to timelines and budgets.Work closely with client services to meet client expectations and enhance satisfaction.Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and data analytics.

Financial Oversight:Manage the operations budget, ensuring cost efficiency in all activities.Collaborate with finance to track and report on KPIs related to profitability and operational efficiency.

Team Development & Culture:Build and nurture a positive team culture, focusing on collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.Mentor and develop team members, ensuring strong leadership and operational excellence.

Technology & Innovation:Implement and leverage technologies and tools to improve operational effectiveness and project management.Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive.

Experience:

8+ years of professional experience in a digital media environment.Experience in the franchise industry is preferable but not required.Proven track record in paid digital media with a focus on B2B lead generation.Strong fundamentals in SEO, public relations, web development, and paid advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn).Demonstrated success in developing strong client relationships.Proficiency in project planning, presentation development, and delivery.
