Senior Associate Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Office hoursCompetitive remunerationsGood learning and career opportunitiesAs an Associate Engineer, Senior (Cyber Security) you will be responsible for the following duties:Continuously review and develop the security framework, information security policies, processes, and guidelines.Collaborate with vendors to conduct security assessments and penetration tests.Identify security gaps and perform threat risk assessments, proposing mitigating measures.Standardize and refine security incident response and escalation processes.Take action to mitigate and contain threats upon detection.Ensure timely escalation of security incidents and non-compliances.Work with the IT infrastructure team to evaluate, implement, and enhance network perimeter security, endpoint security, SIEM, secured remote access, MFA, IAM, and PAM.Monitor information security alerts, triage, mitigate, and escalate issues as required.Provide regular security advisories to end users.Manage various aspects of IT security, including network, server, application, endpoint, email, physical access, and logical access security.Stay updated on industrial IT security advancements and implement appropriate security enhancements to IT infrastructure and systems.Fulfill any other reasonable duties assigned by the Senior Cyber Security & IT Governance Manager and IT Director.Requirements:Degree in engineering, science or information technology, or equivalent education.At least 5 years of related work experience in cybersecurity management and security governance.Have hands-on experience with at least four of the following IT security tools: “Next Generation Firewall solutions such as FortiGate, Palo Alto, or Cisco FirePower, SASE platforms like Zscaler, Netskope, or Skyhigh, Tenable Security Center Continuous View, Endpoint Protection tools like Symantec or Trend Micro, Email Security solutions such as Mimecast or ProofPoint, Data Loss Prevention systems like Symantec or Digital Guardian, SIEM platforms like Splunk or QRadar, and CyberArk PAM and IAM solutions”.To apply, simply click on the ‘’apply’’ button in the job advertisement or alternatively, you can send in your resume via email:Email Address: APPLY@ALLIEDSEARCH.COM.SGWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.ALLIED SEARCH PTE.
