SummaryThe Executive Assistant plays a central role within Serent, by allowing Serent leaders to leverage their time, and by helping to drive the operations of the Firm. The Executive Assistant will successfully perform, in a timely manner, diverse administrative assignments. Successful candidates must be flexible, organized, detail oriented, a team player, responsive, resourceful, and able to complete tasks independently. He/she must be capable of handling confidential information, using good judgement and discernment.Essential

Duties and Responsibilities:Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executive(s)Ensure supported executive(s) are prepared with all materials and information for meetings, events and interviewsAssist with travel arrangements/logistics for executive(s)Process expense reports for your executives(s)Greet clients, visitors, and internal contacts; set up meetings and manage refreshments as neededAssist CFO or deal teams on executing documents that require a signature from the PartnerAssist with various administrative tasks and projects, as neededAll other duties as assigned by ManagerMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role, protecting sensitive informationAbility to provide backup coverage for administrative team members as neededOccasional personal tasks,
