By developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy, you will ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, resulting in high satisfaction and retention rates. This role will require strong partnership with cross-functional internal teams as well as directly with prospective Retailer clients.AccountabilityThis position will report into the SVP of Business Development. Performance will be evaluated through successful building of the sales pipeline and SaaS revenue generated through Retailer launch and growth.Duties and ResponsibilitiesRetailer Research – Pre-Sales and Outreach

Drive targeted sales outreach through:

Retailer financial performance and key initiativesExisting monetization techKey contracts to target outreachDiscovery and evaluation of customer needsSalesforce CRM updates

Pitching

Partnership with Retailer Sales team to build and present effectively, supported by:

Working with the Creative / Sales Support team to create branded demos and capability decksPreparation for the intro meeting by researching the retailer contactsCoordination with Legal for NDAsEnsuring follow ups are happening effectively and on-time

Getting from “Yes” to Contract Signature and Onboarding Transition

Coordination with internal Legal team to ensure quick legal review and turnaround.Managing and coordinating early onboarding with internal teams and tech leads.

Work Experience10+ years’ experience in business development, sales, account management across digital marketing, data or advertising technology.Education RequirementsBachelor’s Degree, in a related field preferredAdditional Information
