Position : Service Department Manager Location : San Jose, CA 95112 Compensation : $110,000-$180,000 Responsibilities that Define Success: Lead and inspire a team of skilled service technicians for top-notch service delivery. Oversee day-to-day service operations, optimizing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with service coordinators, warehouse/inventory manager, and sales manager to hit company goals. Set high standards for service appointments, safety, and industry compliance. Conduct enriching training sessions to elevate technical skills and ensure service excellence. Provide constructive feedback to enhance technician performance. Manage job expenses to meet budgetary requirements effectively. Minimum Qualifications: Proven track record in HVAC service, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for efficiency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle diverse projects. Motivated, flexible, and sporting a positive attitude.
