If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment and have a proven track record in hotel management, we want you on our team!As the Managing Director, you will oversee the operation and profitability for the hotel/s, reporting directly to the Regional Vice President for your Division.Key Responsibilities:Develop relationships and work closely with property team members, Davidson Corporate leaders, and owners.Promote positive guest relations and ensure the highest level of service.Direct, recruit, and develop hotel leadership teams.Ensure the profitability and revenue of the hotel.Coordinate any in-depth and detailed projects and/or renovations of the property.Development and mentoring of the General Manager.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.5 Years experience as a GM in full-service and Lifestyle hotels is helpful.Strong business communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage and lead each department independently within a diverse workforce.Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plans.Ability to organize and manage various projects simultaneously.Time Management skills.Negotiation Abilities.Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.Read, write, and speak English fluently.Benefits:Davidson Hospitality Group is an award-winning, full-service hospitality management company overseeing hotels, restaurants, dining, and entertainment venues across the US.
