F1 Arcade is the world's first official Formula 1 social entertainment venue, where high-octane excitement meets exceptional hospitality! Each meticulously designed venue features, a world-class food menu and open kitchen, an enormous cocktail and champagne bar, and up to 90 state of the art full motion F1 racing simulators populating both private and semi-private event spaces, perfect for all group sizes. As we continue to expand across the West Coast, we seek an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction and design projects, ensuring timely and successful openings of our new locations. The Project Manager will oversee the design and construction phases of F1 Arcade's new locations, ensuring alignment with our brand vision, timeline, and budget. This role involves managing all project aspects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and upholding our commitment to excellence and innovation.
The Project Manager will:
Lead and manage the design and construction of new F1 Arcade locations, ensuring all project goals are met within budget and on schedule.
Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Oversee design and construction teams on-site, including internal staff and external contractors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to project specifications.
Prepare and present regular progress reports, including updates on project timelines, budgets, and any issues that arise.
Ensure project budgets are accurate, monitored, and adhered to throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Conduct post-project evaluations and report findings to leadership.
Act as the primary point of contact between F1 Arcade and external stakeholders, including architects, designers, and contractors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Facilitate effective communication between all project participants, including F1 Arcade's leadership, construction teams, and external partners.
Ensure that all project designs and implementations align with F1 Arcade's brand standards and vision.
Conduct site visits and follow-ups to verify that construction aligns with design specifications and brand standards.
The ideal Project Manager, will have the following experience:
6+ years of experience in project management within the construction or hospitality industry, with a focus on food and beverage projects +$10MM.
Proven track record of managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of architectural design and interior design.
Ability to travel 50%.
Proficiency in project management and design software, including Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior management and external partners.
Experience in the West Coast market is preferred.
