POSITION SUMMARY:The Regional Marketing Director is responsible for providing Marketing and Sales support to select communities. The Regional Marketing Director will train and guide the Community Marketing Director to be successful in meeting conversion ratios for inquiry to tour, tour to deposit, and deposit to move-in by using appropriate sales techniques, performing follow-up tasks, and supporting community being always ‘tour ready’. Additionally, the Regional Marketing Director will provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the community is holding appropriate and relevant marketing events that present the community to the public in a manner that supports the Frontier philosophy and generates public participation.
