You will partner with sales, solution consulting and the rest of the ServiceNow ecosystem to achieve customer success through thought leadership and driving awareness.Responsibilities
Create and contribute in Sales campaigns focused on Operational Technology.Serve as a thought leader on Operational Technology for ServiceNow.Strong alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams on roadmap and field feedback from customer and industry lens.Create and support programs that enable Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of Operational Technology.Demonstrations of solutions, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers around Operational Technology and ServiceNow.Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.Supporting Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.Staying current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow solutions.Understanding business and technical problems addressed by the product including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, licensing models, etc.Minimum Requirements
Domain expertise in Operational Technology and/or related industries (Oil and Gas, Retail, Manufacturing, Plants, Other).Experience or knowledge of OT related technologies and standards (examples: Nozomi, Dragos, Claroty, Siemens Industrial Asset Hub, etc.).Experience with ServiceNow platform is highly desired.Strong Pre-sales or consulting experience desired to become trusted advisor.Exceptional communication and presentation skills to include technical and business concepts.ServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
