The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in environmental and/or water law matters, with a preference for experience working with public sector clients such as cities, counties, and special districts. The role requires expertise in the Brown Act, Public Records Act, and Conflicts of Interest laws, as well as the ability to handle litigation and administrative proceedings.
