Contracts Administrator, LeadThe Opportunity:

As a contract professional, you will use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent to help our organization manage critical programs. We need you to bring your advanced contract management expertise to our Global Defense team where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable team member who finds creative solutions to complex problems.

As a contract administrator on our team, you’ll use your knowledge to capture, implement, and manage a diverse range of proposals and contracts with a focus on systems development and modernization, engineering, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies, and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies throughout the bid and program delivery. Additionally, you will work closely with procurement teams to identify and manage solutioning and supply chain risks, working together to provide guidance and mitigation strategies where needed to comply with contractual and regulatory requirements. Your proven expertise in building relationships with key government clients will help navigate emerging technology trends and inform our go-to-market strategy. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

6+ years of experience with contract administration and negotiation

3+ years of experience with negotiations related to emerging technologies, including systems development, artificial intelligence, engineering services, product negotiations, intellectual property protection, and warranties for government clients

Experience with all contract types, including fixed-price, Time and Materials (T&M), and cost reimbursable

Experience in negotiating contracts with industry partners, including non-disclosure and teaming agreements

Knowledge of FAR and agency supplements

Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

Knowledge of evolving technology trends

Experience with alternative contracting methods, including FFP contracting for discrete outcomes, Other Transaction Authority (OTA), Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS)

Ability to support a quick-paced, high-volume, diverse workload successfully

Possession of excellent customer relationship development and management skills with internal and external customers

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
