Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead People Operations for US & EMEA at Moloco. In this key role, you will drive and optimize our people operations processes and programs. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in HR operations, employee benefits, and HR compliance, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance and scale People Operations by identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows, balancing efficiency with employee experience
Deeply committed to enhancing the employee experience. Proactively addresses and supports employee questions and requests related to HR policies, projects, programs, and benefits.
Leverage people data and turn data into insights. Achieve operational excellence by fostering strong collaboration, leveraging data-driven insights, and designing optimized processes focused on continuous improvement and automation.
Spearhead People Operations projects. Develop plans & recommendations, drive solutions & solve complex employee issues that require in-depth data analysis and process understanding
Establish and maintain trusted relationships to effectively collaborate with key global stakeholders across the organization—including People Partners, the Recruiting Team, Finance, IT, Legal, People Leadership, People Managers, and Functional Executives—in the development and implementation of HR processes and operational programs.
Model and ensure the highest standard of confidentiality in data handling
Manage and lead audits of HR processes to maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, changing environment with limited data
Ability to manage multiple critical priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Mentor and coach team members to their highest potential
Basic Qualifications:
8+ Years of experience in HR Ops / People Operations
Proven experience in designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes, programs and complex operations
Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and legal requirements
Confidence to make strategic decisions leveraging data
Demonstrated ability to build partnerships & influence at all levels of the organization
Excellent communication, written, verbal, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and care
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant experience in Benefits, Leaves of Absence, HR Compliance, Contingent Workforce, Global Mobility and/or Immigration
Deep knowledge of US employment law
Prior experience with statutory requirements in EMEA
People Management experience
Experience in a scaling growth start up
Leadership presence with strong collaboration skills; able to articulate a clear problem statement & recommendation and secure buy-in and support from key stakeholders
Understanding of HR Technology systems design, HR reporting, workflow, and auditing requirements (experience with Greenhouse & Workday strongly preferred)
Demonstrated project management and change management skills, familiarity with project management tools / methodologies and a track record of success in bringing highly complex, cross-functional projects to completion
