Director, Global Sales Enablement Training

The Global Sales Enablement Training Director creates and maintains strong partnerships within the business, especially go-to-market functions, to enable all revenue producing roles at Tricentis to be highly productive and successful. This role will be highly visible, collaborating with senior leadership in all geographies to identify skill gaps, design and implement enablement programs, and drive sales execution in our fast-paced, high-growth revenue organization.
Responsibilities
Align enablement strategy with KPI’s by measuring leading and lagging performance indicators to drive the required business results, including the measurement of adoption in the field.
Manage a global, distributed team responsible for the development and delivery of sales and pre-sales enablement training.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to assess business needs, prioritize work, and design enablement deliverables related, but not limited to:
New hire onboarding
Global annual sales kick-off
Critical tools and process training (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, Clari)
Weekly pipeline generation
Product-related enablement (certifications, launches, updates, campaigns, etc.)
Cross-selling
Competitive enablement
Assess current enablement programs and iteratively adapt to changing key factors and business needs to maintain program effectiveness.
Partner with Learning and Development, and HR Business Partners to identify skill gaps and create proactive plans to close those gaps.

Strong leadership skillset – communication, talent management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical skills to interpret Sales KPIs that inform business decisions and use data to showcase sales enablement ROI.
Influence others to adopt and champion changes that have organizational and individual impact.
Needs analysis to partner with the business to identify gaps and metrics to assess improvement.
Proven planning skills combined with exceptional project execution capabilities, including workstream management, risk management, status reporting and resource management.
Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and the ability to drive adoption in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Proven track record of developing and leading impactful enablement training programs in fast-paced, high growth B2B, SaaS environments.
7+ years of leadership experience in revenue focused functions.
A highly strategic viewpoint of enablement and the key imperatives of the discipline.
Experience utilizing a LMS platform such as Docebo and a CMS, such as Showpad, to scale the function, as well as measure and report on effectiveness.
Scale-up company experience strongly preferred.
The position is based in Atlanta, GA.
