The Vice President of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability. Working in collaboration with the executive team, regional leadership, and sales teams, the VP of Sales and Marketing will ensure that Sagora standards for sales excellence are in place and consistent for all communities.

Requirements:

Must be located in, or willing to relocate to, the DFW area

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred

Seven or more years multi-site sales experience to include selling responsibility for independent living, assisted living, and memory care

Experience to include marketing strategy and tactics, sales techniques, and sales systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and meet sales targets

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

Requires the ability to travel 25%

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals

Manage and lead the sales and marketing teams to deliver on objectives including divisional sales team, specialists, and the Home Office marketing team

Collaborate with senior executives and regional directors to establish and execute sales goals, accountability, and outcomes of Sales Division

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Develop and produce specific sales and marketing plans with communities within divisions and regions

Develop the sales forecast and maintain accountability for sales goal achievement, including but not limited to respective key metrics and/or budget achievement

Direct the training of community sales teams to ensure success in following the strategic sales plans for each community

Provide regular reporting to community and home office on key metrics
