For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com.As Pricing Excellence Manager you will be the subject matter expert on the North America Diversey's business unit pricing structure in SAP. This role reports into the Pricing Director through the pricing and product management organization. You will ideally be located in the Fort Mill, SC., Wilmington, DE, or Mississauga, Ontario, Canada area (hybrid work from home/in office schedule), however we will consider remote for the right candidate.
You will also be responsible for:* Working with the CSR team to troubleshoot orders and ensure pricing is flowing in SAP as intended.* Building relationships with the sales team to understand user requirements on a commercial pricing strategies and executing those requirements in Solenis' SAP configuration.* Using advanced knowledge of SAP pricing tables, rebates and pricing conditions, recommend best practices for pricing structure and lead optimization efforts.* Representing the business unit on pricing tool IT projects.* Collaborating with product managers to update/adjust/maintain price books.* Utilizing strong excel skills (including advanced If formulas and vlookups) to regularly update profit model templates.Experience/qualifications:* Degree qualified.* SAP Order to Cash (pricing conditions and pricing record maintenance in SAP preferred).* Microsoft Office with advanced excel required.* Value-add mindset with demonstrated track record of delivering results and process improvement.* Experience with pricing software preferred (e.g. PriceFx, Vistex, or similar).* Professional communication skills - Should be able to clearly and efficiently communicate with peers, customers and vendors, and senior management.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Should be able to adapt to varied and changing responsibilities, multi-task with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines.* Action orientated - Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.* Collaborative team player - Should be able to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders.#remoteWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
