Youll also put patients and their loved ones at ease by explaining test results in a way they can understand and make significant healthcare decisions.Each day youll serve as a key member of our nursing team by working with our doctors and other clinical specialists to closely observe patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Youll build trust in these interactions by learning new concepts and applying what you know in real-time to provide solutions for real people. Your success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to provide great care, learn new things, and ability to communicate effectively with peers, patients, and patients' loved ones.ResponsibilitiesTrack routine heart rate, blood pressure, and pulse ox levelsQuickly report and address any changes in conditionPatiently and thoroughly explain tests results and procedures to patients and family membersEducate patients on post-hospital care, including prescribed medicine, care maintenance, and preventionDignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days.
