The Columbia Threadneedle Investments co-op program is designed to provide students with first-hand investment management experience. The content publishing coordinator co-op will work closely with members of the content marketing team to contribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of content and marketing initiatives. They will also work with business partners to understand content and marketing needs, emphasize the importance of brand standards, and support digital publishing. The co-op will work in a hybrid environment, gaining experience in both the in-person and virtual workspaces.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and ongoing maintenance of content. Help business partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, consistency, and correct brand positioning for their content.Manage content inventories and forms including inventory management, content updates, and approvals.Help manage organization of and reporting for global sales enablement and customer relationship management platforms, including communicating findings to marketing and related business partners.Required QualificationsCurrent Sophomore or Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degreeGraduation date of December 2025, May/June 2026, December 2026, or May/June 2027Preferred QualificationsHigh degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethicsProven organization skills and ability to manage time effectivelyExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with othersProficient with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of financial services industryTechnical aptitude to learn different software/technology platformsAttention to detail, organizational and proofreading skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesThe company does not offer corporate undergraduate co-ops for students with F-1 visas.About Our CompanyWe’re a diversified financial services leader with more than $1 trillion in assets under management and administration as of 2022.
