Is Recruiting For The Following Opportunity:We are currently recruiting for a strong opportunity within a well-respected and growing law firm IP practice wherein the diverse clientele consists of Fortune 500 companies, leading international innovators, start-up companies, and universities.Here, you will focus on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications and assist attorneys pertaining to a range of other patent protection issues as the needs arise (e.g., patentability and infringement opinions, competitive patent landscape assessments, patent portfolio due diligence, etc.) while working closely with clients, inventors, and other IP professionals.Technical Specialist Requirements:
USPTO registration or an interest in taking the USPTO examPhD in biology or biochemistryAny experience relating to the preparation and prosecution of patents would be a huge plus, but is not requiredIf you do not have patent preparation and prosecution experience, you must have notable postdoc and/or commercial research experienceNotes For Potential Candidates:All fees are paid by client firms and companies. As a consequence of our reputation for having integrity and providing results, we often work on exclusive assignments that are not advertised.Another important distinction is that we work directly with the decision makers (i.e. partners, managing counsels, etc.) that make the determinations regarding who will be interviewed, who will be extended an offer, etc.You have our express commitment that
