This opportunity is part of the Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations team (GTIO), where our mission is to deliver modern and relevant technology that supports the way McDonald’s works. We provide outstanding foundational technology products and services including Global Networking, Cloud, End User Computing, and IT Service Management. It’s our goal to always provide an engaging, relevant, and simple experience for our customers.The Sr Technical Product Analyst (Sr TPA) is part of the End User Infrastructure and Operations team (EUIO) in Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations. The role collaborates with the Senior Manager of Device Management & Onsite Support. The Sr TPA is responsible for the Global Managed Desktop(GMD) platform by driving its adoption, consumption, product outcomes and contributing to strategic vision and thought leadership for the service. As the key GMD resource for the organization, you provide mentorship and recommendations on modern management of devices, moving services to the cloud, AI, automation, low-code to no-code strategies, and ensuring our devices are secure and aligned with established policies. You will take the lead in collaborating with other EUIO towers, ensuring end user devices flawlessly integrate with our M365 services and efficiency applications. You will drive roadmap planning and lead change initiatives to ensure partners demonstrate the latest innovations to meet their needs for technology solutions.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader to help craft the transformation of infrastructure and operations products and services across the entire McDonald's environment.Creatively analyze and adapt functional requirements into alignment with any budgetary constraints and emerging technologies.Responsibilities

Able to work with members of other product teams in researching issues and reflecting the findings of the research on the product’s roadmap.Defining goals collaboratively as well as the identification of key metrics for the products.Analyze patterns and trends in customer behavior and point out new product opportunities.Engage stakeholders across all levels of business and ability to navigate complex and decentralized organizational structures.Contributes to the end-to-end ownership of features from ideation through implementation and through maintenance and support.Writes epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and participates in all agile events of the product group as a team leader.Collaborates with other product teams, technical architects, developers, suppliers, service providers and tech leads to understand the technology roadmap for modernization.Verifies the results of testing and raises defects/issues against the features owned.Completes the end-to-end testing of the feature and provides sign-off for the code release into production.Validate the production release by working with business users utilizing test accounts in production environment.Builds and maintains strong working relationships with multiple diverse stakeholders across the company, including members of executive leadership.Understands complex customer issues, converting them into problem statements and provides out of box solutions through design thinking.Qualifications:

Willingness and ability to live the McDonald’s values every day: Serve, Inclusion, Integrity, Community, and Family.Demonstrated ability to manage technical products, driving clarity, understanding and discussing technical concepts, managing tradeoffs, and evaluating potential concepts with internal and external partners.Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop project business cases, and measure success.Strong in problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.Good presentation and writing skills, with the ability to translate theory into practical application.Understand customer centricity, and lead products with that mindset.Exudes collaboration and conflict-resolving qualities.Experience with modern device management products and technologies, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Jamf or equivalent device management toolsets.Experience with managing Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Apple macOS in a large enterprise environment.Experience with foundational technologies, such as Microsoft Active Directory, Entra, group policies, configuration policies, compliance policies.Experience managing enterprise applications, such as Microsoft Enterprise (Office) apps, Adobe Enterprise apps, Oracle and others.Additional Information:
